ACER palmatum 'Dissectum Viride'

Description:Common name: Cut Leaved Japanese Maple. Small mushroom shaped shrub, weeping habit. Deciduous with finely cut green foliage, green in autumn

Uses: Will give an oriental look to the garden

Climate/Position: Sun to light shade, shelter from winds that can cause leaf scorch

Height/Spread: Height 1 metre x 1.5 metres

Soil Requirements: Prefers a moisture retentive soil in sheltered position

Pruning: Usually require very little pruning other than removing any winter dieback at the ends of shoots. Best pruned when fully dormant

Special Requirements: Grown as a half standard, this is a good way to get height on a slow growing, naturally weeping shrub
