LIGUSTRUM delavayanum

Description: Common name: Delavay Privet. Evergreen with small leaves and spreading habit. Flowers in dense panicles, white with violet anthers, followed by black fruits. May not flower if trimmed twice a year

Uses: Ideal for pots or containers although keep well-watered & feed regularly to maintain plant health

Climate/Position: Full sun or partial shade

Height/Spread: Stem height will not increase, but the head sizes will over time

Soil Requirements: Will grow in any well drained soil

Pruning: Trim shaped specimens twice a year. Suckers and unwanted branches can also be removed from the stems

Special Requirements: Harmful if eaten
