Uses: Cooking Apricot

Climate/Position: Best in full sun, with shelter from cold winds

Height/Spread: A vigorous grower, can grow to 5 metres high

Soil Requirements: Grow in well-drained soil, avoid cold waterlogged sites

Pruning: Only prune in summer, remove vigorous growth to open the bush to sunshine

Special Requirements: Self-fertile, will produce fruit without another Apricot nearby

Additional Interest: Flowers in March, attractive to bees and butterflies
