PUNICA granatum Black Fruit (Pomegranate)

Orange red flowers in summer are followed by dark violet coloured fruits, these are edible just like the red ones, but there will be fewer fruits. Plant in a sheltered position, against a south facing wall. In autumn the leaves will have red purple colours.
